    • Global contact for our internal customers providing 2nd level support for SoftwareONE's customer web platform/s.
    • Support development team in analyzing customer issues
    • Reproduce customer issues in the web portals, analyze root causes, and report potential solutions to the development team.
    • Use gained experience by working on support tickets to propose improvements to the web platform
    • Create knowledge base / SOPs for L2 and L1 teams for known issues or reoccurring requests
    • Create customer facing user guides
    • Transition platform knowledge within and across teams as and when required
    • Help the QA team perform regression and system tests
    • Monitoring platform performance using application insight


    • Bachelor or Master Degree in Applied Computer Science or similar
    • 3+ years of experience in 2nd and/or 3rd level support for web-based application.
    • Experience in understanding user issues with a SW product and creating technical problem descriptions for the development team.
    • Ability to read log files to troubleshoot issues
    • Ability to independently and creatively analyze problems and find adequate solutions
    • 2+ years of experiences using an ERP system
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV a plus
    • Good understanding of sales terminology
    • Experience with HTML/JavaScript a plus
    • Experience in c# a plus
    • Familiarity/knowledge with ITIL terminology/ITIL framework
    • Good communication and very good English skills
