  • Overview

    The Global service delivery center marketing specialist will assist to manage and oversight SoftwareONE global marketing data assets to provide high-quality data to marketers and business decision-makers.

     

    The Specialist will focus on digital transformation and marketing automation initiatives with the goal to improve efficiency and quality in lead generation, marketing campaigns and create new leads and sales opportunities at the intersection of process and workflow excellence and big data technology.

     

    The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the data integrity and quality to ensure ROI tracking and compliance to data protection laws by working closely with the global marketing team, legal team, BiT team and other related functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Cross-reference check in multiple systems (Marketo, DCRM, Navasion) and local database to identify inbound leads with existing or net new business influence and assist local marketers to assign leads to the right salesperson.
    • Assist global and local marketing with data mining to create customer lists and segmentation
    • Assist local team to enter data into SoftwareONE’s database and ensure data quality; review and verify all data requests
    • Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with product managers, campaign managers, local marketing team, BiT team, marketo superusers, and external agencies to reach solutions.
    • Facilitate timely and accurate completion of internal reporting, including investigating and resolving differences and exceptions.
    • Help to refine process, establishing best practices, and maintain high service level standards through automation, data stewardship, and flawless fulfillment.
    • Work closely with other teams and closely monitor DCRM and Marketo integration , troubleshooting synchronization issues in a timely manner.
    • Actively monitor and understand new technologies and approaches, providing recommendations on how they can be best utilized by SoftwareONE to support strategic campaign goals.
    • Assist to improve the process and systems to automate recurring tasks to free up local marketers’ capacity acting as a subject matter expert in the individual customer data.
    • Ability to synthesize third party data on an ongoing or ad hoc basis sourced through a variety of channels.
    • Support business case development for new initiatives, and ad hoc reporting and analysis

    Qualifications

    • Expert level fluency in relational database structure, marketing data management tools and principles, SQL based programs is preferred.
    • Experience or training in Direct and/or Database Marketing methods is preferred.
    • Experience or training in statistics and/or modeling, is preferred.
    • Knowledge of marketing industry standards and regulations as they pertain to contact management 
    • Solid understanding of measurement methodologies
    • Quantitative degree (Statistical, Math, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis, preferably for a technology company.
    • Stellar Communication: Clearly conveys information, ideas, and findings through a variety of written and oral media to both technical and non-technical audiences. Visualizes data to make information accessible, approachable, and actionable.
    • Analytical Thinking: Examines problems, situations, opportunities, and data to identify causes, key factors, and potential outcomes with the desire to improve overall business results.
    • Creative Problem Solving: Identifies novel approaches to solving problems. Discovers new opportunities or adapts solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and uses innovative thinking.
    • Ability to work as a team to help deliver multiple projects with courage in managing expectations
