    The Specialist, Marketing Automation is a newly created position and requires a fast-learner with strong Marketo and DynamicsCRM background who can execute our technology roadmap. SoftwareONE is growing its marketing and sales integrated lead nurturing so we are looking for a pace-setting expert in marketing automation to support the execution of our world-class automated lead generation and scoring programs.


    The Specialist, Marketing Automation will provide hands-on experience for our marketing automation systems, designing and implementing email and nurture programs, evaluating the effectiveness of the programs, ensuring integration across departments and continuously improving the efficacy of the email nurture programs.


    The Specialist will work with the Corporate Marketing and Subsidiary Marketing to create the nurturing and scoring programs for pre-lead, lead/opportunity acceleration, and lead/opportunity re-activation to successfully promote the SoftwareONE brand to our prospects to optimize sales within our own channels and help drive qualified leads to our sales team.


    • Assist to build, implement, monitor and improve SoftwareONE’s email marketing strategy, test plans and automation plan development with deep collaboration and coordination across Marketing and Sales, between Corporate and Subsidiary Marketing teams.
    • Assist to govern the strategy and management of email and nurture at SoftwareONE by developing and managing nurture flows for prospects, guests, partners, leads and opportunities that are aligned with SoftwareONE’s go-to-market strategies and active sales plays
    • Manage the prospect and customer database by creating targeted lists and segments and maintain list health, data scrubbing, data integrity, including CASL and GDPR compliance
    • Understand the bi-directional data structures with DynamicsCRM for data integration; work with CRM administrators to coordinate integration with CRM; work with marketing platforms to troubleshoot issues and provide team support
    • Assist the demand funnel optimization program to improve the effectiveness of campaigns from contact acquisition to revenue to renewal
    • Assist to collect data for key performance metrics and assist to prepare relevant dashboards/reports to share results across the team.
    • Assist to develop and manage a testing strategy to continuously optimize email, and complete campaigns
    • Own UTM tags, tokens, and segmentations throughout campaigns ensuring proper placement across emails and landing pages.
    • Continues A/B testing to improve open click thru rate
    • Provide optimization recommendations to team based upon data and analytics.
    • Create strategies and execute effective social media practices that will give maximum benefit to company
    • Create, manage and grow business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Plus and Instagram
    • Work on recurring customer satisfaction survey process and maintaining repository for internal wins, case studies and video testimonials


    • 2+ years’ experience in a relevant Marketing role with deep understanding of lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting
    • 1+ years’ experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Sitecore Experience Automation, etc.)
    • Experience in CRM (DynamicsCRM preferred) and database management including: list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, custom report creation, and import/export of data
    • A strong track record of implementing and managing Marketo programs and processes is preferred
    • Strong presentation skills with the ability to develop and present strategic analysis that leads to actionable recommendations
    • Self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision and a self-directed hands-on/execution capacity with demonstrated ability to execute successful projects
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests.
    • Advanced knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics, including hands-on experience with SQL, preferred
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio diagramming (or similar workflow diagramming) experience
    • HTML, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience a plus
    • A passion for problem-solving, learning, and educating others.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24*5)
    • A good blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills
