    Within SoftwareONE, the Group Treasury Team is responsible not only for FX, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Bank Relationship Management, but also for Cash Collection, Sales Financing and Counterparty Risk Management. The centralized team in Switzerland manages the FX exposure of 60+ subsidiaries around the world and is now looking for a Treasury Manager. 

    This role is based in Mexico City and reports directly to the Group Treasury Center in Switzerland.


    • Manage the counterparty risk towards customers in line with the global credit policy together with our insurance partners for the American continents
    • Reviewing customer financial performance and determine the credit limits in conjunction with the sales regions
    • Oversee and manage payment terms for customers
    • Support the sales teams with financing alternatives for longer payment terms towards customers together with Group Treasury
    • Global onsite/offsite training and coaching for employees in the sales and finance organization
    • Serves as an advocate for process improvement and general technology efficiency within the Finance dept., with focus on credit & collection processes
    • Development and enforcement of Credit Management policy and assure adherence to accepted standard through the whole organization
    • Effective management of doubtful accounts and contingent liabilities, along with timely reporting to Manager
    • Day to day activities such as: releasing blocked orders, monitoring exposure


    • Bachelor degree in Finance or similar education
    • Education in Credit Risk Management
    • Fluent in English and Spanish both written and orally
    • Portuguese or others would be a benefit
    • At least 5 years of experience in a credit risk environment
    • Analytical Skills
    • Experience with credit insurances
    • Service-oriented team player with hands on working style and ability to work in fast-pace environment
    • Strong social and personal competence
    • Understanding of micro- and macro-economic relations
    • Team player
    • Ability to make decisions under strong pressure
    • Self-Motivation
    • Understanding of Credit Markets
