    Responsibilities

    • Works in a matrix organization reporting in Line to the IT Competency Center (vertically) and across department to the Project Manager (horizontally) within the User Productivity and Support Team, Applications Group
    • Active end user support and mainly online trainings of our global CRM solution based on Dynamics 365
    • Supportive in developing and maintaining the training material like Documents, Powerpoint Presentation and Readiness Videos
    • Testing new features and CRM Updates
    • Analyses and documentation and continuous improvement of the existing processes within SoftwareONE
    • Collect Business requirements for evaluation and future enhancements
    • Build up and extend the know-how of our internal CRM (ONE|CRM)
    • Work with a team of professionals on the latest Dynamics 365 technology
    • Close collaboration with our CRM Project Support and with our IT Service Desk in Gurgaon, India
    • Support of the Business Owners in their daily work. Help to improve and optimize processes.
    • Supportive Person for the whole CRM Application including NAV/CRM Connector:
      From CRM Engagement Process, Country Requirements Collection, CRM Setup, Integration Concepts, Testing, Documentation, Training, Implementation & Go Live,  Support till Maintenance à all Phases are fully and proactively supported.

    Qualifications

    • At least 4 Years’ Experience with Dynamics CRM required
    • Experience with Dynamics CRM is a plus
    • Dynamics 365 – Certification is highly preferred
    • Dynamics CRM – Certification is highly preferred
    • Experience in Training & Support of Dynamics 365
    • Good practical knowledge in CRM Topics: Account, Contact and Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Marketing List and Campaign management, Activity Management, Outlook-Client/Integration, Advanced Find, Dashboards and Reports, Data Import
    • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
    • Exemplary team player with willingness to develop others for outstanding results, experience with international teams is a plus
    • Fast learner adapting, disciplined executer and is fully focused on customer satisfaction
    • Working together with internal and external Development Teams (external CRM partner and NAV/CRM Developers in CH)
    • GoTo Person within SoftwareONE for new Requirements, Issues, Training and Information Pool
    • Maintain different Documentations (Newsletters/Announcements, Requirement- & Connectional-Docs, Help-Manuals, Training-Docs, internal & external Presentations)
    • Work with our Ticketing System, close collaboration with Support- People around the world
    • Build extensive Dynamics 356 and related CRM experience
