    The Office365 L2 Engineer position at our IT Competence center team represents a key area in the organization’s ability to keep pace with the IT needs of internal users, direct customers, partners and strategic publisher partners and the additional global subsidiaries anticipate the need to manage hyper-growth for the next several years. IT infrastructure is considered one of the cornerstone areas for supporting this hyper-growth.

     

    SoftwareONE Business IT focusses on proven ITIL based processes. As part of a global IT organization, this 2nd level position is working in the service operation and continual service improvement processes area. The position will combine these global standards with local subsidiary standards and be responsible to provide a top-notch service. Duties are such as run and optimize of IT services for the operative area; controlling and monitoring as well as making sure, the systems run as efficient as possible today and in the future. The position reports to the Team lead of the L2 team.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Should have good knowledge on Office 365 domain including Hybrid environments
    • Knowledge and hands on experience on Exchange Online, Skype for business Online and over all office 365 Suite
    • Should have good knowledge on Mailbox on movement to office 365.
    • Troubleshoot and guide on outlook / owa/ Sharepoint Teams, Office groups, Skype services. 
    • Knowledge of directory sync/AAD connect ADFS proxy, and Sync issue fix.
    • Good knowledge of PowerShell for exchange online, and Skype online.
    • Hand on experience in configuring the transport rules, and various connectors, certificate.
    • Good knowledge on EOP/SPAM- controls and compliance management service
    • Must be aware of different licensing and user roles of office 365.
    • Should be aware of the ITIL Process of Incident, request and change management. .

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Any Graduate/ P.G
    • Relevant experience of 3-8 years.
    • Good hands on experience in Office 365 Administration experience.
    • Experience of troubleshooting various issues of office 365 and mail flow.
    • Experience Practical experience in troubleshooting exchange scenarios.
    • Good knowledge of office 365 reporting tools and message tracking.
    • Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Knowledge for office 365 monitoring dashboard, support scenarios.
    • Creating Domain ID, Creating Mailbox in 365(Sync and in clouds accounts), Should be able to manage Distribution list, resting user password, understanding of O365 MFA.
    • Resolving incidents for all Office 365 L2 task.
    • Mailbox management like Mailbox permission, delegation, quota management, mail tracking, and mail transport rule creation/modification
    • Knowledge of MS Exchange Server 2013, Exchange 2016 will be added advantage
