The Office365 L2 Engineer position at our IT Competence center team represents a key area in the organization’s ability to keep pace with the IT needs of internal users, direct customers, partners and strategic publisher partners and the additional global subsidiaries anticipate the need to manage hyper-growth for the next several years. IT infrastructure is considered one of the cornerstone areas for supporting this hyper-growth.
SoftwareONE Business IT focusses on proven ITIL based processes. As part of a global IT organization, this 2nd level position is working in the service operation and continual service improvement processes area. The position will combine these global standards with local subsidiary standards and be responsible to provide a top-notch service. Duties are such as run and optimize of IT services for the operative area; controlling and monitoring as well as making sure, the systems run as efficient as possible today and in the future. The position reports to the Team lead of the L2 team.
