    We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator with proven hands-on technical background and outstanding communication skills in a diversity focused organization.


    The Citrix Administrator's role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house applications that support core organizational functions.


    The Citrix Administrator will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in wide spread Citrix hosted environment which is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all associated Citrix operating systems.


    SoftwareONE focusses on proven ITIL based methodology & processes. The Citrix Administrator will work closely with supporting groups including, but not limited to networking, storage, developers, DBA's and Project managers to define and implement Citrix systems, networks, security and client access.


    • Implement and Support Citrix XenApp Infrastructure Servers, with load management/balancing, automation and monitoring, problem resolution, improvements, and capacity planning.
    • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to provide oversight, guidance, and technical assistance for both internal and external Citrix environments and the organization’s applications hosted within the Citrix infrastructure.
    • Identify process improvements in all aspects of systems implementations and workflows, identifying standard procedures, optimizations, and automation.
    • Provide regular training and mentorship of the technical peers.
    • Develop standard operating procedures and processes to lead and monitor environments using Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, Citrix Storefront and NetScaler.
    • Serve as technical escalation for Citrix issues; supporting both application and operational teams through systems analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, performance analysis and resolution.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to application teams for Citrix integration improvements.
    • Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis lead.
    • Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incident’s / Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
    • Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports.
    • Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis. Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
    • Work on the service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents"
    • Deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems
    • Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.


    • The candidate must have Bachelor degree in BE/ B-Tech.
    • 5 -7 years relevant experience in Citrix enterprise architecture in related industry.
    • Must have minimum Citrix CCA- V Certification
    • Knowledge of deploying, and troubleshooting an enterprise XenApp infrastructure. Experience implementing and supporting XenApp, XenDesktop and Windows operating systems.
    • Maintain all aspects of a Citrix environment to include deployment, design, build and day-to-day operations
    • Understanding of Citrix Studio/Director/Citrix NS /Store Front/Licensing server
    • Installing and configuring XenApp 7.x (7.6 to 7.15)
    • Knowledge of maintaining NetScaler
    • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
    • Knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2012 R2/ 2016
    • Understand and maintain Active directory, GPO, DNS, DCHP, and windows security for file/folders
    • Knowledge and understanding of windows roaming profiles and UPM
    • Knowledge of Citrix PowerShell
    • Support user in remote locations
    • Good Diagnostic and Analytical Skills
    • Good documentation skills
    • Knowledge and working experience of Best Practice concept ITIL/ITSM, certification will be add-on.
