    The CBDM is responsible for achieving all sales and revenue goals for an assigned territory by developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers and partners. The position will involve business development and deal making skills including strategic consulting and needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing negotiations, contract development, and working with internal SoftwareONE experts to propose solutions to prospective clients.

    Responsibilities

      • Attraction of new customers
      • Building and support of long-term relationships with key representatives of the clients.
      • Planning and performance of quarterly and annual sales.
      • Negotiating with customers from initial contact to contract signing.
      • Preparation of offers and contracts. Definition of price policy.
      • Interaction with vendors.
      • Work with all levels of decision-makers.

    Qualifications

    • Engineering / Management Degree of its equivalent is of advantage
    • Experience in dealing with end users and large accounts
    • Experience of selling software, IT hardware and IT services (Oracle, VMware, Veeam, Flexera, Snow Software,  Microsoft, HP, Dell, SAM Services)
    • Background in the IT industry
    • KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
    • Proven record of long term development of target accounts
    • Experience and ability to demonstrate ROI, TCO and execute solution based sales in Russia
    • Hunter mentality
