    The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting of marketing programs across various digital tools and platforms, including Marketo (marketing automation application). As a key member of the Brazil Marketing Team, the ideal candidate must be passionate about marketing technology and driving customer demand through these vehicles. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with other marketing team members and must be able to communicate and collaborate in a positive and professional manner with all parties. 


    • Develop and execute inbound marketing, demand generation, lead management and automated digital marketing programs to drive lead conversion and new business acquisition.
    • Develop the marketing automation infrastructure, apply best practices and leverage guidelines for emails, landing pages, campaigns etc.
    • Interact and provide support to marketing and sales teams by developing scalable digital marketing strategies and activities.
    • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, blog, social media and ad campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain social media presence primarily through Linkedin and Twitter
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Develop, manage and execute on regular end user webinar programs
    • Oversee database management segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, event capture and lead management
    • Work cross-functionally (with Marketing, Product, Sales) to understand SoftwareONE’s audience and drive more engagement, KPIs, process and general buy-in of programs. 
    • Shares and coordinates best practices across all teams with internal and external experience and information (i.e. regular marketing newsletter).
    • Provides support for eMarketing activities including user-experience and website viability and content preparation and updating
    • Understands and communicates SoftwareONE messaging in all internal and external communications, protects the SoftwareONE brand, and works to ensure that our messaging is compelling and consistent in all collateral, web messaging and campaign initiatives
    • Align closely with strategic priorities to support digital demand generating activities.
    • Adheres to corporate design guidelines in all work produced
    • Follows and provides all budgetary and reporting requirements


    • 5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, and inbound and marketing automation
    • 2+ years of administering a marketing automation platform (i.e. Marketo, Hubspot) utilizing nurture campaigns, lead scoring, larger campaign management and syncing with a CRM (Microsoft CRM preferred)
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Portfolio of previous work is requested
    • Ability to prioritize projects, balance workload, and deliver results
