    Responsibilities

    • As the Consultant – Cloud Managed Services you will provide 24x7 deep technical troubleshooting for escalated issues that involve our customers most technically complex or sensitive support situations.
    • Manage and direct the technical efforts and results of a team of Associates and Associate Consultants.
    • Work with the team to lead problem resolutions requiring extensive analysis, troubleshooting and escalation to application vendors as necessary.
    • Develop the team through quality reviews of tickets and customer interactions across the Cloud Managed Services channels of communication.
    • Respond and analyze complex inquiries of technical and functional nature not in routine and require deviation from standard procedures
    • Engineer and investigate both platform and product issues

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Garduate or post Graudate
    • 5-7 years of experience in Skype for business
    • Ability to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts and deduce solutions
    • Excellent communicationand presentation skills.
    • Industry certified in Technology Services Practice area (Workplace, Data Center or Security).
    • Excellent problem solving and assertive consultative skills.
    • Expert use of MS Office Suite, and Microsoft CRM.

    • ITIL Foundation Level certified (minimum).
