Based in Mexico, but part of the global TA team spread across 12 countries, you will have a vital role to play in helping SoftwareONE continue it's amazing story. 

    Responsibilities

    • Advertise all roles
    • Search LinkedIn and other online sources for candidates
    • Carry out first level screening via online questions, video, phone
    • Provide short-lists to Global Talent Acquisition team
    • Maintain data records on iCIMS
    • Populate Talent Pools
    • Schedule interviews
    • Produce salary benchmark reports
    • Provide competitor research

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 Years of experience working in recruitment either inhouse, RPO or agency/search side
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
    • Knowledge of another European or Asian language a big advantage
    • Strong experience of using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (e.g. LinkedIn and other advertising, search and social tools)
    • Able to work flexibly to accommodate global timezones, preferred
