    Responsibilities

    The Team Lead - ITCC Business Applications Support role will be responsible for plan and optimize all activities around support and user readiness for our global Applications. In SoftwareONE we run Microsoft Dynamics NAV (V2015), Dynamics 365 (V8.2) and connected systems like Master Data Management (MDM) tools. In this role you will be working at the IT Competency Center in Gurgaon, India. We work in a matrix organization means on the legal line the role will be reporting to the Head of ITCC and function wise reporting to Corporate Applications Solutions owners.

     

    You will be responsible for managing a team of Level 2 Support and Readiness Analysts and Consultants to deliver best in class support towards our internal Users across the globe.

     

    The ideal candidate possess strong Dynamics NAV 2015 and ITIL process knowledge, including infrastructure networking technologies and proven team leading experience. We are looking for a People Manager with very good NAV Support skills rather than a KPI Manager – means a person who is willing and able to support the Team members in daily support questions as well as on the personal career planning.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills

    • Very good know how of business processes & applications and related customer & supplier needs; works closely with Business Partners to understand vision for the product and relays it to the teams
    • Close collaboration to stakeholders especially with the Corporate Applications Plan & Build Team for a closed and shorter Software Life Cycle loop.
    • Monitors performance of teams and actively looks for ways to improve it
    • Responsible for HR related topics (e.g. recruitment, Q-goals, appraisals) based on company strategy
    • Fully managing all employees towards operational excellence in our Support Tool – ServiceNOW
    • Sharing periodic Support and other activities Reports with interpretation of changes and proposed actions

     

    Experience: 

    • Minimum 7-8 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and as 2ndor 3rd level supporter
    • At least 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or equivalent role
    • Strong knowledge in ITIL based best practice and processes e.g. Service Operation. ITIL is a must
    • Extended experience with connected applications like Dynamics CRM, BI, B2B & Portal is a plus
    • Proofed experience with a global team or international customer base
    • Strong communication skills and very good written and spoken English knowledge
