    Responsibilities

    • Meet quarterly goals and service levels based on incident and request statistics.
    • Fully responsible for the operation of the global Enterprise MS Exchange Messaging and MS Skype for Business RTC systems. Further services can be handed over, if ready.
    • Enhance resilience of the Messaging and Communication Infrastructure and optimize whole IT Solution.
    • Responsible for the setup of an accurate monitoring of Exchange Services and applications using Microsoft SCOM monitoring system
    • Follow Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management tool
    • Ensure all that the Messaging Infrastructure is backed up to meet the business’ Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
    • Engaged with L3/SME to test backups to ensure the business’ Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) can be met
    • Manage security and ensure Exchange database availability and integrity
    • Engaged with L3/SME to troubleshoot and resolve service outages as they occur and follow up with after action reviews
    • Improve service availability and performance by continuously fine tuning the environment, applying patches/updates, executing and monitoring maintenance jobs.
    • Administer cloud-based apam filter and email relay services and antivirus on exchange servers
    • Assures the IT meets the service level agreement and the operation of the IT infrastructure
    • Help to keep IT infrastructure documentation up to date
    • Monitor and measure system performance and resources, and if needed, make certain suggestions for optimal capacity and availability for the business IT infrastructure
    • Understand and operate within company policies and procedures
    • Perform global tasks following ITIL processes using top-notch support tools and software like Service Now, Frontrange Enteo Software Deployment, Log-M In Remote Tool, Windows 8.1 / 10, Office 2013 / 2016, S4B, Bit locker, Anti-Virus, FTP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Citrix, Direct Access, Basic Monitoring etc.
    • Analyze, troubleshoot and solve client side hardware and software issues.

    Qualifications

    • Any graduate.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as an Microsoft Exchange Administrator in larger Environment.
    • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Outlook 2013/2016, Skype for Business/ Lync 2013.
    • Experience with Microsoft Exchange DAG technologies and Lync Enterprise VoiceSound .understanding of enterprise security concepts.
    • Experience in Mail Gateways and spam filters will be plus.
    • Experience in DC and DR datacenter model for high availability of Exchange and Skype Services.
    • Sound understanding of SMTP constructs and protocols, Outlook Web Access, ActiveSync.
    • Sound understanding of enterprise security concepts.
    • Good command in English, further foreign languages are a plus.
    • Ability to work in an international Corp. IT environment.
    • Participate in a 24x7 on-call duty rotation, willing to work in shifts.
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
    • Familiarity with SCOM, AD Rights Management, IIS, Firewall, BYOD concepts is a plus.
    • Understanding of Exchange Cloud Hybrid and Office 365 environments is a plus.
    • Experience with scripting and automation processes will be an add-on.
    • Experience in Software Distribution tools such as SCCM / Heat Software DMS Experience will be an add-on.
    • Excellent knowledge in managing workplace clients in a global enterprise environment is required.
    • Experience in Office 365 administration and migrations will be plus.
