    • Meet quarterly goals and service levels based on incident and request statistics.
    • Responsible for the operation of our subsidiary switch networking (Cisco/Meraki), Meraki wireless and site to site VPN Connections
    • Responsible for operation of the ISP Lines at various sites worldwide
    • Follow Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Access Management processes based on ITIL and our IT-service management tool
    • Responsible for the setup of an accurate monitoring of Networking Equipment, Critical Interface Monitoring, and monitoring overall health of the network using Microsoft SCOM monitoring system
    • Ensure that all switch configurations are backed up and valid.
    • Manage revision controls and changes on all networking devices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve service outages as they occur and follow up with after action reviews
    • Improve stability by ensuring switching software versions are standardized and kept current.
    • Assures the IT meets the Service Level Agreement and the operation of the IT infrastructure
    • Help to keep IT infrastructure documentation up to date
    • Monitor and measure system performance and resources, and if needed, make certain suggestions for optimal capacity and availability for the business IT infrastructure
    • Understand and operate within company policies and procedures
    • Perform global tasks following ITIL processes using top-notch support tools and software like Service Now, Frontrange Enteo Software Deployment, Log-M In Remote Tool, Windows 8.1 / 10, Office 2013 / 2016, S4B, Bit locker, Anti-Virus, FTP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Citrix, Direct Access, Basic Monitoring etc.
    • Analyze, troubleshoot and solve client side hardware and software issues.


    • Proven know-how in networking, DNS, DHCP, wireless devices and wireless network connectivity.
    • Capability to isolate and resolve networking, printing, Internet and other end user issues.
    • Sound understanding of OSI layer, TCP/IP stack, Switching- VLAN, STP, VTP, Ether-Channel, etc is required.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience as a Cisco Network Administrator.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience with site-to-site VPN technologies and advanced firewall operations.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience with load balancing technology.
    • Experience with Cisco WaaS and Meraki Wireless and wired environments and technologies.
    • Experience with Cisco Nexus Technologies.
    • Experience with managing and fine-tuning networking QOS settings.
    • Sound understanding of enterprise security concepts.
    • Familiarity with cloud and Cisco UCS Networking concepts is a plus.
    • Good command in English, further foreign languages are a plus.
    • Ability to work in an international Corp. IT environment.
    • Participate in a 24x7 on-call duty rotation, willing to work in shifts.
    • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
    • Hands-on in Microsoft technologies like User Administration in Active Directory or Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business will be an add-on.
    • Experience with scripting and automation processes will be an add-on.
    • Experience in Software Distribution tools such as SCCM / heat software.
    • Experience will be an add-on.
    • Excellent knowledge in managing workplace clients in a global enterprise. environment is required like Windows 8/8.1/10, Office 2013/2016, Bit locker, Anti-Virus, FTP, LAN/WAN, VPN, Citrix, Direct Access, Basic Monitoring, etc will be an add-on.
