Working in a team environment, the Technical Services Leader will be responsible for providing technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. The role will be responsible for providing technical leadership and/or support in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses. As a trusted advisor this person will create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to ensure customer satisfaction. The highly motivated individual will maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.
The role will provide account team support for highly complex projects/programs to include business and technical solutions for throughout the pre-sales process and the planning, design and support to ensure the solutions strategy and architecture align with business strategy. The Technical Services Leader will implement the solution or manage the (external) project teams delivering the implementation.
