Master data management comprises the processes, governance, policies, standards and tools that consistently define and manage the critical data of an organization to provide a single point of reference. MDM include source identification, data collection, data transformationnormalization, rule administration, error detection and correction, data consolidation, data storage, data distribution, data classification, taxonomy services, item master creation, schema mapping, product codification, data enrichment and data governance.

MDM is well known for its high quality of service. As part of the Global Service Delivery Center we provide high quality service for every existing and future SWO subsidiary which uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV. With the data we provide worldwide accurate quotes can be provided and orders placed. The local sales organizations do not need to spend time on costly clarifications for items as the advanced web platform can display detailed article information.

Besides the global quality service MDM provides it also supports every local subsidiary in creating local and regional items based on a SLA. We keep our promises and deliver on time in the quality expected and appreciated. We are always looking for new ways to improve data quality in our system.


Data Governance Stewards are team members with controlling and executing duties including the following responsibilities:

Search before create – follow-up

  • Global CDG creation and review
  • Local CDG creation – check for duplicates
  • Address Trees


  • Master tables with one directional connection
  • Global price list
  • Updating Item and Price information
  • Support in the error handling process
  • Documentation


  • Cleaning legacy data
  • Resolve duplicate suspects and consolidate duplicate records
  • Review and/or suggest adjustments of the Reference Tables – supporting the Data Governance Analyst Team
  • Resolve data issues


  • Apply Data Governance for new data / system entries and make sure that data creation update procedures are followed when creating new values or existing values are modified
  • Perform data audits and specific data controlling
  • “Data enhancement report” follow-up with Business Data Stewards
  • Perform reviews like:

o  Review changes from the Business Data Stewards

o  Review new data entered into the system (CON/SCU also for complete documents)

o  Review overall credit limit Support

  • 1st level support (SNC)
  • Perform approved data changes which cannot be done by any user in the system – e.g. Sales Person changes
  • Assist the Business Data Stewards in the collection of data metrics, the performing of data analysis, and remediating data issues
  • KPIs & Dashboards



Minimum 1 years of work experience.

  • Work Experience of SLA driven Work Environment.
  • Strong analytical ability
