As the Consultant – Managed Infrastructure for the Cloud Managed Services you will provide 24x7 deep technical troubleshooting for escalated issues that involve our customers most technically complex or sensitive support situations. You will operate under pressure to isolate problems which are directly affecting our customer systems.
You will manage and direct the technical efforts and results of a team of Associates and Associate Consultants. You will work with the team to lead problem resolutions requiring extensive analysis, troubleshooting and escalation to application vendors as necessary.
Your extensive skills will play an integral role in developing the team through quality reviews of tickets and customer interactions across the Cloud Managed Services channels of communication. You will mentor and train the team to help them resolve support cases.
Experience working in ISO/IEC 20000 certified organization
