We have this immediate requirement of hiring candidates for our managed services around Microsoft cloud a business area that is doubling in size year over year.


This on-boarding includes supporting the sellers and customers with questions around the offering, preparing the SoftwareONE Cloud Service Agreement with the relevant customer and offering details, as well as setting up the different subscriptions and portals that the customer gets access to under their agreement with SoftwareONE.


The candidate will be responsible for invoicing all SoftwareONE managed cloud service customers, and for processing change requests to existing subscriptions. The role will require fluent handling of vendor portals (Microsoft’s O365 and Azure portal, Partner Center) and SoftwareONE internal tools (such as ServiceNow, NAVision, in-house database).



  • Responsible for creating and sending out the Cloud Service Agreement (CSA) to customers
  • Providing sales support to ensure that all requirements are in place prior to on-boarding
  • Responsible for onboarding Cloud Customers to Microsoft Partner Center, SoftwareONE PyraCloud and SoftwareONE Cloud Support Online, and our own Database
  • Responsible for creating contract cards, validating and uploading the Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) on Navision
  • Responsible for creating monthly sales and purchase orders for services sold by SoftwareONE.
  • Responsible for creation of invoices as per payment terms and sending the invoices to the finance team for payment and posting
  • Sending out welcome and update e-mails to customer
  • Management of users in Navision who can contact SoftwareONE cloud support
  • Responsible to execute changes to existing agreements following customer and sales requests
  • Responsible for building relationships with internal customers
  • Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
  • Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
  • Provide input around automation of repetitive tasks and recurring questions


  • 2-5 years’ experience in software industry
  • Confident handling of MS office for everyday activities
  • Knowledge around Online Services such as Office365 and Azure
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and quality-driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong structural work methods,  multitasking and time management skills
  • Self-driven independent work ethics that drives internal and external accountability
  • Solid problem solving and assertive consultative skills
  • Good presentation skills 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university
  • Excellent English written & verbal Skills
  • Experience with transacting and activating Microsoft online services
  • Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
