We have this immediate requirement of hiring candidates for our managed services around Microsoft cloud a business area that is doubling in size year over year.
This on-boarding includes supporting the sellers and customers with questions around the offering, preparing the SoftwareONE Cloud Service Agreement with the relevant customer and offering details, as well as setting up the different subscriptions and portals that the customer gets access to under their agreement with SoftwareONE.
The candidate will be responsible for invoicing all SoftwareONE managed cloud service customers, and for processing change requests to existing subscriptions. The role will require fluent handling of vendor portals (Microsoft’s O365 and Azure portal, Partner Center) and SoftwareONE internal tools (such as ServiceNow, NAVision, in-house database).
