We are on the look out for candidates with strong knowledge and experience in the area of Billing and operations on AWS cloud services.


In their role, the candidate needs to ensure that SoftwareONE customers get on-boarded to SoftwareONE’s managed services around AWS cloud service a business area that is relatively new to SoftwareONE and rapidly growing. 




  • Responsible for onboarding a Cloud Customer to SoftwareONE Portal as well as Amazon Web Services.
  • Responsible for creating contract cards, creating, validating and uploading the Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) on Navision
  • Responsible for creating purchase orders for services sold by SoftwareONE.
  • Responsible for creation of invoices as per payment terms and sending the invoices to the finance team
  • Sending out welcome emails to customer
  • Setting up users in the Navision who can contact cloud support
  • Responsible for building relationships with internal customers
  • Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
  • Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
  • Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
  • Provide feedback and input around automation of repetitive tasks
  • Actively contribute to help SoftwareONE grow and be operationally ready to support the growing AWS customer base


  • Any graduate.
  • 2-8 years’ experience in software industry.
  • Fluent knowledge of MS Office for day to day tasks.
  • Familiar with Cloud and AWS products and tools.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and quality-focused.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong structural work methods, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Self-driven independent work ethics that drives internal and external accountability.
  • Solid problem solving and assertive consultative skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent English written & verbal Skills.
  • Should understand Amazon web services in terms of Billing and Operations.
