This MS Dynamics 365/CRM Senior Developer role will be responsible for “Developing & Maintaining the system to meet the business needs of the company” global CRM Solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.


Roles and responsibilities

  • Proficient with customizing, developing, deploying and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing Processes, Business Rules and JavaScript’s.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using latest CRM SDK to develop Plugins, Custom workflows and Scheduled jobs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing out of box CRM reports and custom SSRS reports.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C# Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployments.
  • High Sense of Data Quality.
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Close collaboration with solution owner CRM Project and Support Managers and with our IT Service Desk in Gurgaon, India.
  • Work in a matrix organization reporting in Line to the ITCC (vertically) and across department to the Project Manager (horizontally) within the User Productivity and Support Team, Applications Team.


Functional and Technical Competence Requirements

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, 2016 and Dynamics 365 experience is essential, as well as professional and technical qualifications.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Connector for NAV or ERP integration skills will be an advantage.
  • MS Dynamics NAV experience will be an advantage.
  • Good documentation structured work skills to work efficient on global (SoftwareONE Subsidiaries) NAV Support Requests (First and Second Level).
  • Working together with internal and external Development Teams (external CRM partner and NAV Developers in CH).
  • Fast learner adapting, disciplined executer and is fully focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Working together with internal User & Productivity Team worldwide.
  • Work with our Ticketing System, close collaboration with Support- People around the world.



Applicants Profile

  • At least 1+ Year Customization & Development Experience with Dynamics 365 required.
  • At Least 2+ Years’ Customization & Development Experience with CRM 2013/15/16 required.
  • At Least 3+ Years’ Customization & Development Experience with CRM 2011 required.
  • MS Dynamics CRM – Certifications highly appreciated.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics CRM-NAV Connector will be advantage.
  • Good practical knowledge in CRM Topics: Lead management, Opportunity management, Marketing List and Campaign management, Activity Management, Outlook-Client/Integration, Security matrix, Advanced Find, Dashboards, Reports and Data Import.
  • Working on a Senior Level; Self-Managed and Self-Motivated; used to work in different teams and different projects in parallel.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Exemplary team player with willingness to develop others for outstanding results, experience with international teams is a plus.
  • Fast learner adapting, disciplined executer and is fully focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Working together with internal and external Development Teams (External CRM Vendor).
  • Help on testing new Features and CRM Updates.
  • Experience in Training & Support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and to travel: max. 20%.
