As FP&A Manager you are responsible for the overall measuring of performance of Netherlands and Belgium. You will ensure correct figures, prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts, give thorough analysis of performance, provide support in management’s decision making and communicate financials to all stakeholders. As business partner towards general management you can hold your ground.


  • You are a business partner towards general management, the local Leadership team as well as the sales and service teams.
  • The preparation of monthly reporting package incl. analysis and commentary of budget variances and monthly rolling forecast updates.
  • You drive the annual budget process for 2 countries, prepare detailed revenue, personnel and cost budgets.
  • The creation of variance analysis, development of countermeasures and decision-making basis for the management team.
  • The coordination and implementation of the operational business plan, support the objectives of the sales teams with ad-hoc analysis.
  • You support the month-end close process, active management of international P&L allocations, calculation of accruals and deferrals and reconciliation of sales order book to the ledgers.
  • The establishment and development of a modern, transparent and meaningful controlling and guiding perspective.
  • Leadership of the local accounting team (currently one person).
  • Review of monthly payroll and weekly vendor payment.


  • Degree in economics or comparable
  • 3-6 years of work experience in comparable positions
  • Experience with several ERP systems (preferably Navision) and business intelligence software
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to provide judgment and understanding of complex business processes.
  • Ability to communicate finance concepts to non-finance managers
  • Ability to lead and motivate people, experience in people management / leadership appreciated
  • Above average communication skills and assertiveness combined with a strong service orientation
  • A pro-active, independent and structured way of working and enjoy working in an international team
  • You have a tenacious desire to see a problem through to a satisfactory resolution
  • Business decisions are made using FP&A analysis, therefore excellent written and spoken English and Dutch is essential
  • Willingness to travel within Europe and to work with international cross functional teams (accounting hubs in Germany and India, mother company in Switzerland)
