    Responsibilities

    • Understanding the business of Microsoft licensing & support the Global Subsidiaries with the required knowledge
    • Understanding the sales strategy and value proposition of the licensing business
    • Facilitating the collected information to monitor business opportunities and trends, findings areas where additional readiness trainings to the subsidiary teams will help to proactively avoid escalations
    • Answering requests within agreed service level agreements, directing unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resources
    • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft Licensing for internal contacts and customers
    • Crafting and delivering licensing proposals, presentations and webcasts that drive win/win/win situations for customers and vendors.
    • Ensuring profitability while striving to improve the customer’s licensing experience
    • Knowledge transfer of essential licensing skills to the local subsidiary sales teams. This includes mastering Program and Product Licensing scenarios focused principally on different license offerings
    • Developing and providing licensing solutions by driving customer licensing proposals
    • Support the negotiation process with customers remotely to maximize contract value and Customer Satisfaction, whilst simplifying the licensing experience for the customer and driving for “right licensing”
    • Managing internal relationships with the expert community members and with Microsoft.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
    • Excellent Excel Skills including use of pivot tables
    • Must have background in Microsoft Licensing
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are also required.
    • 2-8 years of experience in software industry
    • Should be open to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
