Summary

The Customer Support Representative ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed by responding to customers’ requests, orders, questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner, while exercising the highest level of service and quality. Qualified candidates for this position must have a passion for excellence, outstanding communication and organizational skills. A qualified candidate must be quality focused, an effective team player and be motivated to achieve a rewarding career within the organization.

Responsibilities

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Process quotes and orders for the United States trade team.
  • Work with suppliers to get the prices.
  • Make sure the orders are invoiced on time.
  • Provide support to the Inside Sales Executives of the United States Head Office (Waukesha).

 

 

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
  • 1-3 years professional sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Telesales experience preferred

 

    • Excellent english level (100% speaking and writing)
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Estres tolerance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
