Meet the communication needs attending in person and by phone to the internal team of the company as well as customers and suppliers, managing and implementing the requirements of various administrative activities.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Receive incoming calls and channel them to different areas of the company
  • Make the calls that are required.
  • Manage the distribution of external correspondence received
  • Receive visitors, causing the attention of the person
  • Efficient use of allocated resources (equipment, man-hours).
  • Use, protect and maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the organization and the customer.
  • To maintain and comply with the guidelines of the company
  • Comply with the rules and procedures that the company asks you



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:



  • 6 months to one year of experience in administrative areas, channeling calls
  • management switch
  • including flooring management office
  • Excellent personal attention
  • Focus on results
  • Sense of urgency
  • respect confidentiality
