Supports customers and consultants in cloud support engagements by applying service and project methodologies in the execution of tasks. Individual will assist with analysis, research and deployment of solutions that drives benefit into customer engagements.





  • Data analysis and collection
  • Support the implementation of solutions
  • Deployment of tools to support solutions
  • Supporting and execution of tasks within the project plan
  • Ensure the execution of solution in accordance with SWO service and project methodologies
  • Effective internal and external communication
  • Limited customer contact as will be working within a larger project team or offsite
  • Provide technical Subject Matter expertise to Project Leads to deliver work packages within defined parameters aligned to project outcomes
  • Able to independently complete solution implementation for Microsoft workloads
  • Able to learn quickly, and keep pace with rapid changes in the cloud space, including the introduction and deployment of new Cloud platforms and tools





  • Basic project experience
  • Basic IT technical experience
  • Basic understanding of SWO service business
  • Basic consulting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Highly motivated and result oriented
  • Strong communications skill
  • Strong structural work methods, multitasking and time management skills
  • Self-driven independent work ethics that drives internal and external accountability
  • Solid problem solving and assertive consultative skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Working experience in the area of Technology Services
  • Strong local linguistic capabilities
  • Excellent written and spoken French for deliverable creation

  • Industry certification focused on specialist Solution area (Future Workplace / Future Data Center / Business Network Sercurity) - Reference Technology Service Intranet Path by specialized areas are desired

  • Scripting and programming experience/background in PowerShell is desired

  • At least 24 months experience on providing support to customers on local language preferably over phone.
