The Inside Sales Account Manager or Business Development Representative is the primary point of contact for customers. She/he will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in the region and carries a sales target. A BDR will always be based in our office. The Business Development Representative will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareONE and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily customer engagement over the phone
  • Execute marketing activities
  • Fast & accurate information dissemination to customers
  • Lead generation and Closures
  • Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups
  • Managing customer information
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers
  • Helping with the licensing queries and providing adequate information to the customers.
  • Achieve the revenue target for your assigned territory/accounts.
  • Become a Licensing Expert and Advisor for the Customer
  • Certify on the Licensing Certifications.
  • Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with SoftwareONE customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind "SoftwareONE" recall and resultant sale of SoftwareONE offerings.
  • Position SoftwareONE Portfolio of products and solutions to customers by phone.
  • Analyze the install base in the target customer accounts to:
  • Maintain good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
