At SoftwareONE you get the opportunity to step outside your box and work together with excellent colleagues. Working in a team environment, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience.
Together with the Business Development Managers (External sales) the Inside Sales Representative owns the customer relationships and ensures that SoftwareONE products and services consistently meet customer needs.


  • Manage quote creation, order processing and day-to-day customer and partner requests
  • Customer management and setup in ERP-system including opportunity creation
  • Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers
  • Develop strong knowledge of leading industry trends through on-going training with software publishers
  • Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships through pro-activity
  • Supports the sales effort and updates the database and communicates changes within the company
  • Collaboratively work with assigned Business Development Manager (outside sales rep) to develop an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers and partners
  • Contribute to team effort by supporting all operations and sales initiatives
  • Travel might be required from time to time


  • Entrepreneurial spirit with attention to detail
  • Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
  • 1-3 years professional sales experience is preferred
  • Independent, organized, flexible personality
  • Experience in the Microsoft Technologies and licensing
  • Experience working with other key vendors such as VMWare, IBM, Oracle, Citrix, McAfee, Symantec and others
  • Knoweldge of Sewdish Public Sector advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong English and Swedish skills are required, any other language skills are of advantage, specifically other Nordic language skills
  • Knowledge of operational policies and procedures, customer service, developing and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • Demonstrate ownership of all duties and responsibilities, show initiative, exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • General understanding of technology
