SoftwareONE, a leading worldwide provider of Software Portfolio Management requires an FP&A Analyst to provide support across UK, Ireland, South Africa, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.



  • Provide operational support to the FP&A Manager, FD, Leadership Team as well as the Sales and Service teamsSupport cost control management across the business
  • Preparation of monthly reporting package incl. analysis and commentary of budget variances and monthly rolling forecast updates
  • Support the annual budget process for multiple subsidiaries throughout Europe.
  • Bespoke management reporting as requested, along with development of countermeasures to provide decision-making basis
  • Coordination and implementation of the operational business plan, support the objectives of the sales teams with ad-hoc analysis
  • Support the month-end close process, active management of international P&L allocations and reconciliation of sales order book to the ledgers for multiple subsidiaries.


  • Educated to degree level
  • Part-qualified accountant and on your way to qualifying (CIMA/ACCA)
  • Exposure of ERP systems (Navision experience a bonus) and business intelligence software
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Sales Operations experience desirable
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to provide judgment and understanding of complex business processes. Ability to communicate finance concepts to non-finance managers
  • Above average communication skills and assertiveness combined with a strong service orientation
  • A pro-active, independent and structured way of working and enjoy working in an international team
  • You will have a tenacious desire to see a problem through to a satisfactory resolution
  • Business decisions are made using FP&A analysis, therefore excellent written and spoken English essential
  • Willingness to travel to visit European subsidiaries as required by the business.
