To ensure and support future global business growth and to enlarge our group coverage, we are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Legal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Full range of legal matters with a focus on software licensing and IT services agreements
  • Reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements and international supplier-, partner- and customer contracts
  • Coordination of the legal relationship with external lawyers and consultants
  • Legal support and oversight of various projects and business divisions in an international environment
  • Global day to day legal business such as documentation and contract management
  • Support of our Sales, Finance, Procurement and HR organization

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Swiss law or in the final stages of receiving it
  • Good knowledge of and affinity for contract law
  • Initial experience with drafting, preparing and negotiating contracts is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English (any other language skills would be an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Structured, independent and precise working manner
  • Strong personality and strong business sense
  • High degree of flexibility in organizing working time
  • Inquisitive and solutions-oriented
  • Eager to go the extra mile
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
