SoftwareONE the global leader in Software Portfolio Management are seeking an EMEA Product Marketing Specialist to join a well-established Global Marketing team that play a pivotal role in the success of our business.

As an EMEA Product Marketing Specialist, you will develop and drive the product marketing strategy for SoftwareONE’s PyraCloud Platform. PyraCloud platform is a software portfolio management solution delivering the visibility, insight, automation and control organizations demand to maximize the value of their software and cloud investments.

In this role, you will develop product positioning, packaging, messaging, and marketing initiatives to win customers in various segments and verticals. You will drive unique and differentiated conversations with SoftwareONE targeted customers. You will know how to choose the right tactics to reach your target audiences by working closely with the field specialist organizations and product development teams to create content and programs that drive customer success, market awareness, and sales enablement.

  • Develop core positioning, messaging, and packaging for PyraCloud platform for different customer segments and verticals.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs and initiatives to increase sales, awareness, and adoption of solution. Own and guide the product launch strategy with cross-functional teams; focus on both internal (sales, global & field marketing, etc.) and external (customers, analysts, press) audiences; develop objectives and success metrics.
  • Create effective marketing assets and content to promote value/benefits of PyraCloud via presentations, case studies, solutions briefs, data sheets, blog posts, sales kits.
  • Evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to respond to changing market and business requirements.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including multiple levels of the executive leadership team, product development, sales and global marketing, services teams, customers, press & industry analysts.
  • Monitor social media channels to track and influence discussions
  • Maintain expertise on offering and capabilities through periodic training and self-initiated research.
  • Maintain understanding of market landscape, competition, and customer requirements
  • Manage customer references and ensure that reference stories are embedded in Go-to-Market activities.


  • Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred
  • Strong experience of marketing in the IT Sector, ideally within Software
  • Solid experience in product marketing working directly with product management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, be self-driven and open to change.
  • Experience work on product promotion strategy that ties in with and shapes global marketing direction
  • Experience directing beta customer programs and analysts to provide feedback into the product road mapping process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Ability to develop marketing plans and demand-generation programs
  • Experience with leveraging social media for marketing purposes preferred
  • Strong program management and execution skills
  • Ability to influence others to achieve results
  • Ability to manage projects in a matrix environment
