The primary purpose of CIS is to provide sales and market intelligence to sales teams across the subsidiaries to help enable them convert the potential business opportunities into sales.

He/she is responsible for providing intelligent information which enables sales with knowledge on prospects, customer / market / competitor insights such as key decision makers, services / products offered, business strategy, IT environment, financials, visions, trends, service positioning etc.

This role will also be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities from multiple sources

The candidate must have expert understanding of Sales pipeline, Prospecting, Lead Generation and Industry/Market analysis as well as knowledge of IT Services and Publishers.


  • Collaborate with subsidiary sales teams to identify their revenue goals then build a sales pipeline strategy to ensure they reach those goals
  • Build and cultivate leads with new customers through a blend of lead generation techniques and trigger points
  • Collecting, assessing and analyzing data from the primary and secondary sources related to Prospects, markets, and competitors.
  • Create Prospect/Lead Intelligence profiles, Market & Competition analysis reports/presentations
  • Initiate communication and work with sales teams to follow-up with leads/prospects to move opportunities through the sales process.
  • Manages data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all Information is logged and accurate.
  • Provide accurate reporting of lead/prospect generation activities using clear and comprehensive written documentation of identified and pipeline opportunities.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify unique customer needs relating to Win-Loss and Customer Experience solutions
  • Use the industry best practices and help evolve the function



  • Must have an associate’s degree to qualify for certification University diploma from an accredited institution, with a strong background in IT industry.
  • 1-3 years’ lead generation and business research experience
  • Experience working with large complex B2B service sales
  • Must have expertise in the Industry and Company Analysis
  • Proven prospecting lead generation skills, specifically related to acquiring new business.
  • Innovative thinking relating to generating quality leads and opportunities for B2B sales teams.
  • Experience with LinkedIn,, and other CRM tools
  • Should have worked on market research, competitive research profile or tool
  • A high proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Preferable Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.


  • Good to have technical background to understand the domain technicalities.
  • Candidate must take ownership and accountability to meet the targets and goals with minimum supervision
