Working in a team environment, the business development representative is an inside sales position in Finland responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with customers, software publishers, and partners. The person is responsible for providing sales quotations, clarifying licensing queries, sustaining and renewing client contracts; as well as systemically pursuing new customer opportunities. Together with the Business Development Managers (External sales), the Inside Sales Representative owns the customer relationships and ensures that SoftwareONE products and services consistently meet customer needs.

· Experience in the Microsoft Technologies and licensing
· Experience working with other key vendors such as VMWare, IBM, Oracle, Citrix, McAfee, Symantec and others
· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
· Entrepreneurial spirit with attention to detail
· Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
· Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
